Paper Rocket Shipping, Returns, Exchanges & Special Orders
Shipping
We offer free shipping within India and a flat rate of Rs. 1500/- per product for international orders. Trusted carriers like FedEx, DHL, and Blue Dart ensure reliable delivery.
Domestic Shipments:
● Free Shipping
● Delivered within 10 working days (delays possible)
● Any applicable taxes are borne by the customer
International Shipments:
● Flat rate of Rs. 1500/- per product
● Customer responsible for any additional taxes, import duties, or customs charges.
● Delivery schedules may vary due to customs clearance.
Returns & Exchanges (7 Days)
We accept exchanges for unused and unworn items in original packaging within 7 days of receipt. Please note:
● Color variations due to device differences are possible. Contact us for "daylight" images if color clarity is a concern. Exchanges based on color perception are not accepted.
● Attached or "running" blouses vary in length. These measurements are specified on our product descriptions.
● Saris with detached blouse or tassling done are non-exchangeable.
Initiating an Exchange:
● Contact contact@paperrocket.in within 7 days of receipt with order details and reason for exchange.
● We reserve the right to refuse invalid exchanges.
● You are responsible for return shipping costs (non-refundable).
● Exchange processing may include deductions for shipping, import duties, levies, payment gateway charges, and currency conversion fees.
Refunds (3-5 Working Days)
If your exchange is not approved, a full refund will be issued within 3-5 working days to your original payment method.
Damage:
Paper Rocket is not responsible for damage to saris after purchase due to rain, overuse, stains, incorrect cleaning, or wear and tear.
Special Orders:
We may accept special orders for sold-out items on a case-by-case basis. Lead times and costs may vary due to the handmade nature of the product and current workload. Special orders cannot be cancelled or exchanged once placed.
